Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead (2009) is the third film in the Wrong Turn horror series. It follows a group of people stranded in the West Virginia wilderness, where deformed cannibals hunt them down. The movie stays true to the franchise’s style with gory kills, intense chases, and brutal survival scenes.
The story begins with a group of friends on a rafting trip. Their adventure turns into a nightmare when Three Finger, a savage mutant cannibal, attacks them. Alex, the only survivor, manages to escape into the woods. Meanwhile, a prison transport bus carrying dangerous criminals crashes nearby. The guards and prisoners soon realize they are not alone.
As they search for a way out, Three Finger stalks and kills them one by one. The prisoners and guards, desperate to survive, turn on each other. With no help in sight, they must fight their way through the forest while avoiding deadly traps.
The film delivers non-stop action, shocking deaths, and gruesome effects. Though it may not match the intensity of the original, it still offers plenty of thrills for horror fans. If you enjoy fast-paced survival horror with brutal slasher elements, Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead is worth watching.
