Synopsis
The Outlaws is a South Korean action-crime film inspired by true events. Set in Seoul’s Garibong-dong district during the early 2000s, the story follows Ma Seok-do (Ma Dong-seok), a tough and fearless detective. He leads a task force to crack down on violent gangs terrorizing the neighborhood.

A turf war erupts when the Heuksapa gang, led by the ruthless Jang Chen (Yoon Kye-sang), begins expanding their criminal empire.
